General Qualifications

  • Current Class A CDL holder
  • 21 years of age -3 months of current OTR experience (or minimum of 6 months OTR in the past 12 months)
  • Must pass a new DOT physical and Functional Capacity Exam (FCE)
  • No DWI/DUI in the last 5 years and no failed or refused drug testing
  • No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
  • Must have good driving safety record
  • No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 3 years
  • 6 months experience required within the past year


  • Per Diem Pay Option - Per Diem Calculator
  • Vacation Pay - (1 year = 1 week) (3 years = 2 weeks) (7 years = 3 weeks) *Payout is based on previous 52 week average
  • Health Insurance Benefits - Medical, Dental Vision available through Blue Cross Blue Shield on the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment (cost reduction for annual exams, on-line health assessments, and non-smokers).
  • 401K available after 1 year of employment, may contribute 1-30% of pay, 5 year vesting plan (20% increments), and employer match up to $850 per year
